Too much protein

Many bodybuilders and gym goers nowadays think they can eat their way to more muscle, usually by consuming large quantities of protein. It's not surprising that people think this way since the protein supplement industry is worth so much money these days.

Luckily we have the Canadian nutritionist and former powerlifter Brad Pilon to answer our question: how much is too much protein?

It turns out that we don't actually need that much! Certainly nowhere near the hundreds of grams per day some people consume chasing more muscle.

Imagine if you don't need to buy protein powder any more. How much money would you save? Some people probably spend hundreds a month on supplements which are totally unnecessary!
